Winter Season Schedule
Swimmers should be prepared for practice and begin group stretching a minimum of 10 minutes before their scheduled start time.

NOTES:
- Saturday practice will only be available on weekends without meets.
- Wednesday practice will be USA Team only.
- Swimmers are not required to attend every practice each week.
- Bronze swimmers are encouraged to attend 2-3 practices per week
- Silver swimmers are encouraged to attend 3-4 practices per week
- Gold swimmers are encouraged to attend 4-5 practices per week
- Bronze swimmers are encouraged to attend 2-3 practices per week
