IMR/IMX Information for Long Course
USA Swimming continues to have the IMR/IMX program for the Long Course season. Events are slightly modified to match the course of the pool (ex. 10 and unders will need a 200 IM, as a 100 IM can't be swam in a long course pool). Upon completion, USA Swimming will issue a certificate to the swimmer with stastics and rankings. However, USA Swimming's app doesn't track progress towards completion. The Manta Rays will provide updates on individual progress. Check out the link for IMR/IMX under USA Swimming for information on the program and a live spreadsheet that tracks individual progress. You will need to be logged into the website to see progress. Occasionally, a hard copy of the progression will also be displayed at the pool.
