Owatonna Swimming and Diving--Piranhas offers training and practice groups for swimmers that have successfully completed Level 4 swim lessons. It is the goal of the club to offer level specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

| Bronze This is our entry level group. This level is designed to give young swimmers an introduction to competitive swimming. Athletes in this group may be unfamiliar with the four competitive strokes but must have passed Red Cross level 4 or equivalent and have the ability to swim the length of the pool (25yds) in Freestyle and Backstroke unassisted. Training at this level consists of the following: Max number of swimmers: 12 $45/month SILVER This level is designed for young swimmers very familiar with all four competitive strokes, but still somewhat inexperienced in competitive swimming. These swimmers have graduated from the Bronze level and will begin to build endurance. Training at this level consists of the following: Max number of swimmers:12 $80/month 3 times per week for 90 minutes
Gold This level is designed for older (Upper Middle School to High School) swimmers, interested in competitive swimming. This includes high school swimmers whose intent is to stay in shape for the high school season. The practice is less rigorous than high school practice and focused on maintaining fitness level. Training at this level consists of the following: Max number of swimmers: 15 $80/month 3 times per week for 90 minutes
Platinum (summer only) This level is for those going into 7th-12th grade that plan to swim for the high school team this Fall or Winter. This group will be coached by the boys and girls high school coaches, Peter Rhodes and Isaiah Fuller.
