HOLIDAYS - The following dates there will be NO PRACTICE'S -
Dec 31 - YMCA hours - 7:00am - 5:00pm
Jan 1 - YMCA hours - 7:00am - 5:00pm
We know many of you will be traveling over the next 3 weeks for the holidays. You do not need to let me know you are not attending practices, we know. Busy time of the year and we expect low attendance numbers. Just know, if you can make it to practice, there will be a coach there.
WINTER WEATHER REMINDER -
Practices at the YMCA rarely cancel due a snow storm due to the YMCA staying open for our members. IF the YMCA was to close, you will be notified via TeamUnify/Email that the YMCA is closing and practices are canceled as soon as I can get the communication out. Please check your email before heading to practice, just in case!
There will always be a coach on deck and ready for practice as long as the YMCA is open but that does not mean you NEED to venture out in bad driving conditions to get to practice.
BEST RULE OF THUMB....if you don't want to drive your swimmer to practice in a snowstorm or sub zero temperatures please do not. Safety for our swimmers and families are our main concern.
Parents do not need to contact me if they are not coming to practice. We will know.
