ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Any athlete who swims with The Sharks Swim Team must have a profile within our system. These profiles manage their times and allow parents to keep up with team information and register athletes for events.
All new families must complete the New Family Information Form.
This information will be cross referenced with your YMCA registration to verify your swimmer is a member of the team in order to access Team Specific Information.
AGREEMENTS
All parents and athletes must review the following documents:
- Code of Conduct (also found in the parent handbook)
Once you have reviewed these documents with your swimmer(s), we require all families to virtually sign the Agreement Form,
Please note - it is a requirement that you and your athlete(s) agree to these documents. No signature on file can lead to temporary suspension from practice until signed.
