- A weekly newsletter with information for upcoming events, important dates and practice information will be emailed each week. Shark Bytes will be emailed through TeamUnify to all active families and posted on the website.

- TeamUnify is our team website. All Shark information can be found here. Information for upcoming meets and events will be placed on the website. Meet entries will only be done through this website.

Record keeping
- We need some personal information from each swimmer for the team database. This information will only be shared with other families on the team, if you give consent. This information will NEVER be posted on the website or given out without consent. This may include swimmers name, birth date, address, phone numbers, parent’s names and phone numbers, school and e-mail address.
