SECTION MEET -   Deadline has passed and entries have been submitted to the HOST team.  Meet reports will be coming on Friday.  

There has been a change to the programs.  They will not be printing and charging you for them this year.  A QR code will be provided on Friday and you will be able to print at home if you want a paper copy. 

 

February 1st - Elk River Rays HOST @ Sartell High School - 3101 Pine Cone Rd N, Sartell, MN 56377

Scroll down to the Sharks and find a spot where you are willing to help out!  I appreciate families signing up so I will not have to assign positions for this meet.

WARM UPS will start at 8:30am - Swimmers will need to be onsite and ready to swim by 8:15am.  Arrival time and Meet information will be sent out Friday, January 30th.  

 

 

STATE MEET - February 15th

University of MN - Jean K Freeman Aquatic Center

The top 3 finishers in each EVENT (not heat) at Sections, automatically go to the STATE Meet.  If a relay goes, the relay goes.  A swimmer may only be eligible to swim in that relay and not any individual events depending how they finish in their individual events.  

A final list of qualifiers for the State Meet and any alternates will be sent out 1 week prior to the State Meet.  You will not sign up for this meet.  You will automatically be entered from the Section Meet.  Meet information has not been sent out but we will have 2 sessions to this meet again:

10 & unders Boys & Girls will swim the morning

11 & over Boys and Girls will swim the afternoon 

Alternate swimmers - This is a swimmer who did not make the top 3 into an event, but has a time/place that places them on an alternate list.  Usually, the top 2-4 alternates attend the State Meet and are ready/available to swim the event.
