Deck changing prohibited

 As of October 7, 2012 deck changing is prohibited. Each meet sanction must include this statement:

Deck Changing is prohibited: Changing into or out of swimsuits other than in the facility locker rooms, or other designated area designated by the host facility, is not appropriate, and is prohibited.
