Bullying and Electronic Communication Policies

USA Swimming passed new policies regarding bullying as well as electronic communication between adults and minors. All clubs by January 14, 2013, had to adopt their own policies dealing with these topics or by default would adopt the model policies set forth by USA Swimming. BTST by default has adopted the USA Swimming policies. All these policies must be reviewed with and agreed to by parents, athletes, coaches, and all adults associated with the team.
