USASwimming  Outreach Requirements

Outreach memberships are available for athletes whose families have a financial need. Montana Swimming has a generous listing of eligibity criteria for low income families. Plus outreach memberships are available for swimmers with disabilities. Read though the membership policy above to see if you qualify. 

The Annual Year Round Outreach Registration Fee is just $7.00: Montana Swimming wants to encourage all families to consider swimming. Montana Swimming is pleased to offer a offer an outreach membership to athletes from low income families who meet the income criteria as well as disability athletes who meet the criteria. An outreach membership allows swimmers to join USA Swimming at a reduced rate of $7.00 for a year round membership. Please refer to the outreach policy for details.

Reduced Championship Meet Entry Fees for Outreach Athletes: Montana Swimming also offers a reduced price entry fee for outreach members to compete at the Montana Swimming championship meets including Short Course State, Junior BC State, and Long Course State. Outreach athlete members pay $10 total to enter these meets. Teams submit entries and include a note listing the names of all outreach swimmers who only pay the $10 entry fee no matter how many individual events they enter. It's simpe and easy to take advantage of the outreach swimmer state meet fee.

Health waiver - infectious disease 

Payment Policy:

An automated invoice will be emailed to your primary email address the 1st of the month. This may be paid with credit card by clicking the link or using the SportEngine App.  To pay with check or cash, a drop box in available within the Havre City Pool. Please have check or cash enclosed in an envelope with family or swimmer name. If no payment is received by the end of the month, the chilld/children will not be able to get into the pool until payment is received.  If having financial difficulties, please email [email protected] before the end the month.   

Cancellation Policy:

Swim Members are billed on a monthly basis, and is not pro-rated for any missed practices. If your swimmer/s will no longer be participating in practice, either temporarily or for the remainder of the season, notification MUST be submitted to [email protected] before the 25th of the previous month. If notified after the 25th, you may still be billed for the following month.
