The Helena Lions Swim Team (HLST) is a year-round competitive swim team

When a swimmer becomes a member of the team, they learn

Swimming provides physical, emotional and intellectual skills that will last a lifetime.
If your child is between the ages of 6 and 18, can follow instructions, float or tread water,
swim the entire length of a 25 yard pool without stopping or using floatation assistance, and absolutely
loves to swim they should consider joining the HLST.
