Nutrition for Swimmers at Swim Meets:

1. Drink plenty of water. (Have a water bottle.)

2. Eat as healthy as possible. (Fruits and vegetables are always great choices.)

3. Avoid greasy or fried foods.

4. Snacking on healthy food is ok if you are hungry. DO NOT eat so much it ruins your appetitie for regular meals.

Cereal, Pancakes, Waffles, Yogurt, Fruit, Muffins, English Muffins, Bagels, Toast.
