Coach K's groups will practice at 4:15 but it will be short so we can beat the storm that will get here a little after 6pm...  please plan to pick up your swimmers at around 5:30 so they are not left here waiting for a ride!  The only swimmers in Mallory's groups who are supposed to swim today are the 5:00 group swimmers who are not in the mini-meet tomorrow.  Mallory does plan to swim that group today. It is official:  summer long course championships are in Fort Smith again this year.  Yay!     We have a block of 25 Rooms at the Homewood Suites for $109 per night.   tell them you are with JCKW.  This price is only good until July 5th.

Reminder-- there is practice Friday morning from 5:45-7am for contract groups but you don't have to be there if you are racing on Friday evening at Jenks.  There is no Saturday practice this weekend.  Looking forward to a great weekend of fast swimming and graduations!!

because of this weekend's Razorfest and University of Arkansas football spring game, Lot 44, which is the parking lot north the stadium, will be unavailable.  Parking lots which will be available include Lot 55, by the track, and Lot 56, which is south of Bud Walton arena.
