  Notes on our Championship meet formats:  (Bear with us... a lot has changed and it can be confusing!)   The Arkansas Swimming Championships have officially moved to the first weekend of March.  The regional will be two weeks before on the 16th  and 17th of February.  I will post meet information as soon as I get it.  Since a few people have asked so that they could make plans, I thought I had better send this out so everyone is aware of some major changes.   Qualifying times are...

The Killer Whales have a lot to be proud of after this weekend's Heartbreaker Invitational.  Competitively, 56% of our swims this weekend were best times!  Over the last two meets so many team records were set that I can't even keep up!  (I hope to send out an update on that soon.)  We have had several new swimmers race in meets for the first time!  We had a 10 year old boy swim the mile!  We also picked up a whole bunch of new Championship qualifying times... but even beyond...

There was originally a home high school meet next Tuesday, January 22nd which would have cause JCKW to miss practice, BUT that meet has been moved!  We will practice at normal times next Tuesday.  Sorry that this wasn't announced sooner!

Coach Shawn will be offering one after school tomorrow. No Saturday practice this week. Have fun and swim fast if you are heading to NWAA!
