Event files have been loaded for both of our meets in December.  The Pro-Am entry will actually be done by Coach K on the USA Swimming website, but we need everyone who intends to go to the pro-am to do their entry through the team website.  It will help us to get entries, billing, and travel done correctly.  Pro-Am qualifying times earned at the RAC Winter Invitational can be used for Pro-Am entries, so please choose your events carefully.  High school swimmers, please remember that only your times from the...

The Killer Whales put on a great show at the RAC Fall Invitational.  Results are here. Congrats to Tyne Holt and Brock Conklin who both broke the 10 & under SCY team records in the 500 free and 100 fly! Tyne's 500 was 6:49.17 and her fly was 1:22.66.  Brock's 500 was 6:18.33 and his fly was 1:16.44.  GREAT JOB KILLER WHALES!!

What a great night for JCKW!  The Swim-a-thon was awesome.  I can't believe how many laps our young ones swam!  Thank you to everyone involved for the effort made to bring this team to new heights. Also, someone told me the first link to the Micah's Challenge pictures didn't work!  Try this link to see all of the pictures submitted.  We have some pretty clever swimmers.  Our first prize winner in the contest was Logan Jones.  Several other swimmers won prizes as well so watch out... the coaches may surprise...

Coach K will be at the pool on Friday morning from 6am until about 9:30 running practices on Friday morning.  Anyone who needs to make up their SWIM-A-THON laps is welcome to come during that time as long as someone is present to count their laps for them.  During that time I will be offering two separate Friday practice times since some schools are in session Friday and some aren't.  Contract group swimmers who have school will swim from 5:45-7:30am.  Those who do not will swim from 7:30-9:30.  These are...
