ALL PRACTICES AT KNOWLES

MWF--4:30-5:50PM Gold/Silver/Bronze, Novice 1: 4:30-5:10 Novice 2 5:10 to 5:50

Tu/Th-- 6:15 PM -6:45 PM Team Stretching for Gold/Siver and Bronze in Kids Center or Gymnastics Room

   6:45 PM-8:00 PM Gold/Silver Bronze, 6:45-7:45PM Novice-Both 1 and 2

Tryouts

Tryouts are held during any practice session.  Swimmers must be able to swim one length (25 yards) of freestyle amd backstroke.  On freestyle the swimmer must have a level of rotary breathing.

No Practice Days (Tentative)

Generally, but not always, when Jefferson City Public Schools are closed we do not have practice.  Here are the planned no practice days:

September 29 High School Swim Meet

November 26-28 Thanksgiving

December 17 High School Girls Swim Meet

December 24-25 Christmas

December 31-January 1 New Year's Day and Holiday

January 21 High School Girls Swim Meet

February 9 Presidents Day
