The coaches are eagerly looking forward to a fun and fast-paced weekend of swimming in Des Moines at the Dowling Riptide 2024 H2Opener. To show the athletes support, we kindly ask all Raider families to come together in the stands wearing your Brownell Talbot gear and to cheer on every Raider swimmer in each heat they compete in. Let's ensure that everyone knows the Raiders are in the house!

If your swimmer owns a tech suit, we encourage all athletes to suit up this weekend, especially given the top-notch facility they will be competing in. Please remember that athletes aged 12 and under must wear approved tech suits designed for their age group.
