Officials:  Register for USA Swimming and complete the training:
 
2.  Login if you have one or create a login.
3.  Click the button to "Register New Member"
4.  Choose "I am registering myself"
5.  Continue through the screens and choose the "Non-Athlete" membership
6.  The fee is $75, you do not need to pay the credit card fee so uncheck that.
7.  Send The receipt for reimbursement to [email protected]
8.  After you get that set up, click the "Education" tab at the top right.  
9.  Click "Course Catalog"
10.  Click the icon for "Officials"
11.  Click the button for "Requirements"
12.  Complete the following training:
  • Athlete Protection Training (just the first one, not the refreshers - those are for the following years) - This can take up to two hours to complete - Free
  • Concussion Protocol Training - Free
  • Background Check - $38, send the receipt for reimbursement to [email protected]
