History

The RRV Wahoos were founded in 2002 when the two area teams, Forks Area Swim Team and the Greater Grand Forks YMCA Barracudas, decided to join forces and unite as one. The Wahoos are home to about 90 swimmers in short course season and are working their way to being successful at the state level and are breaking out at the national level.

The YMCA affiliation ended in 2015 and the team's initials changed to RRV. The Wahoos continue to be successful and offer a great family feel as well as a strive of excellence in the sport of swimming.
