Hello from Sectionals in Buffalo! Izzy, Kyra and I have arrived in Buffalo after a long day of driving, and went down to pool to loosen up before the events this weekend. Izzy will swim the 100 fly tomorrow, and the 200 fly and 50 free on Saturday, and the 100 free on Sunday. Kyra swims the 50 free and 100 back on Saturday and the 200 back and 100 free on Sunday. Congrats to Kyra Sarazen, Isabel Reis, Corinne Noonan and Sophie Kenny for breaking the New England AND New England Resident 13-14 Girls 200 Free Relay record! Their time of 1:39.09 beat the old record of 1:39.82 set in 1998 by the Merrimack Valley Pirates (now Crimson Aquatics). New England records are records that are set on New England soil by any team (so swimmers from a visiting team from California could break the record), and New England Resident records are set by any NE registered athletes, either here in NE...

EST swimmers kept the hot streak going with 8 more finals swims tonight... Kyra is the 2nd seed in the 200bk with a morning swim of 2:07.00, a best time by 5 seconds... CJ is the 10th seed in the 200bk with a beat time by 4 seconds, 2:05.09... Kyra and Izzy are the 3rd and 5th seeds in the 100fr, with best times of 53.85 and 54.18... CJ is back 14th with a time of 51.97... Izzy went a best time by 4 seconds and is the 5th seed...

Just as they did the previous two nights, Exeter Swim Team rocked the finals session at Champs! Highlights from Finals: Kyra dropped again in the 200bk with a 2:05... CJ also dropped again in the 200bk with a 204... Izzy dropped to a 53.3 in the 100fr and Kyra finished in 53.9 after a quick turnaround from the 200bk... CJ finished in 17th in the 100fr also in a quick double... Izzy dropped again in the 200IM to go 2:12... CJ, swimming his third final of the night, finished in...

Wow! Another great night at NE Champs in the books... Highlights: Izzy dropped another 4 seconds to finish in 3rd in the 200 fly in a time of 2:06... Kyra and Izzy both dropped .1 to finish 2nd and 3rd in the 50 Free... CJ dropped .01 and finished 15th in the 50 Free... Patrick dropped another second and went 2:24 in the 200 Breast, finishing 7th... Kyra dropped another second and finished 2nd in the 100 Back in 57.7... The last day of the meet is upon us!!!

Another awesome morning for EST swimmers at re MIT pool. Highlights: Izzy dropped 2 sec in the 200fly and is 3rd for finals. Kyra dropped to a 24.54 and Izzy to a 24.65 and are seeded 2/3 for tonight in the 50fr. CJ dropped nearly a full second in the 50 and made it back tonight in 13th place.
