Seacoast Swimming Association is committed to promoting safety in sport.

At all levels of the Seacoast program, swimmer safety and protection, both in and out of the water, is our first priority.  We work to promote an environment that is fun, challenging, respectful and transparent.   If ever you have a safe sport concern, please reach out to Head Coach Bill Reeves or our Safe Sport Coordinator, Nicole Ciancarelli ([email protected]).

For SSA's policies on Communication, Anti-bullying and travel, please see the Team Handbook located on the "Documents" tab.

Codes of Conduct

A team is most successful when it honors the differences between its members while working for common goals. Seacoast’s first priority is always swimmer safety, both in and out of the water. Further, we work to promote self-discipline, teamwork, independence, accountability, work ethic, goal setting and excellence. Our community requires the active participation from swimmers, coaches, and parents. The purpose of a code of conduct is to establish consistent expectations across our team for the behavior of our membership.
