Syracuse Chargers will reimburse all expenses related to becoming a USA Official.

How to Become an Official
*We will help you through each of these steps.
Step 1: Create a USA Swimming Account and become a Non-Athlete Member
Step 2: Initiate Background Check
Step 3: Complete your Athlete Protection Training
Step 4: Complete the "Head up" Concussion Training
Step 5: In the USA Swimming Hub education center complete "Foundations of Officiating" and the "Stroke and Turn Certification Course"
Step 6: Email [email protected] and [email protected] to say you have completed these steps and are ready to shadow
Step 7: Shadows need to wear navy shorts/pants/skort with a baby blue shirt, and white sneakers while on deck shadowing
