About Us
PHAST stands for Port Hawkesbury Antigonish Swim Team. We are the Port Hawkesbury branch of this team. We operate out of the Strait Area Pool, Monday to Thursday from September to June. Practices are 1.5 hours per night. We operate under Swim Nova Scotia and work with Nova Tech and Age Group (AA and AAA) swimmers.

Our Mission
To provide a fun and safe environment for athletes that will foster their love of swimming. We will encourage team spirit by having fun events and fostering the team culture. We will challenge the individual by helping them set personal goals, challenge them and allow them to grow as a swimmer and athlete.
