Cody Huckabay
Mansfield Aquatic Club Head Coach / Program Director
Coach Huckabay has been coaching for 31 years, and has 28 years of head coaching experience. A native of Amarillo, TX, Coach Huckabay has been with Mansfield ISD since 2000, and has been the MISD Aquatics Director and Head Coach of Mansfield Aquatic Club since 2006. Coach Huckabay graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Exercise Science. He is ASCA Level 5, and has coached Texas High School State champions, TAGS & Futures champions, as well as Junior National, US Open, and Olympic Trials qualifiers.

Trent Trabona
Head Age Group Coach
Trent is a native Texan from The Woodlands, just north of Houston. He graduated from The Woodlands High School in 2000, and was the state champ in the 100 Fly as a senior. After high school Trent attended and swam competitively for Texas A&M University. Trent began his coaching career in 2004 with Blue Tide Aquatics in Kingwood, TX as an Assistant Coach. In 2006 he moved to California where he worked for the Mission Viejo Nadadores as an Assistant Age-group and Associate Senior Coach. Following his three year stay in California, Trent returned to his hometown team, The Woodlands Swim Team, where he also served as an Assistant Age-Group and Senior Coach. In 2014 Trent became Co-Head Coach and Head Age-Group Coach for TeamFINS in Houston. Under Trent’s direction FINS won the Horizon award at the 2014 short course TAGS; an award given to the most improved team.

Nick Johnson
Senior Gold / Meet Operations
Coach Nick is an El Paso native who graduated from UTPB where he also competed on the swim team. He is the Head Coach for the Legacy High School Swim Team. Prior to coaching at MAC, Nick was the Head Age Group Coach for Fort Worth Area Swim Team and an Age Group Coach for City of Plano Swimmers. He has previously coached National Age Group Top Ten Swimmers, TAGS High Point winners, TAGS Champions, Sectional Qualifiers and Texas High School State Qualifiers.

Coach Deneen graduated from the University of North Texas as an All C-USA conference swimmer. In 2018 Deneen went on to coach at Granbury High school as well as the Fort Worth Area Swim Team. At FAST she was the Head Age Group coach, and then coached at Winter Junior Nationals in 2019. She then went on to coach at Mid-Cities Arlington Swim Team, where she was an age group coach. She is now the Head coach for Timberview High School Swim Team, where she will continue her journey in coaching.

Armando Lucero
Blue / Age Group 1 / Senior Blue
Coach Armando born from Guatemalan/ Mexican decent and fluent in Spanish. Swam for Mansfield Summit High School under Coach Salazar for four years, qualifying for State Championships in the 100 yard breaststroke. Joined Mansfield Aquatics Club at 16. Worked for "Swim School at Mansfield" with Coach Kahla for two and a half years with a year of assisting MAC's Bass, Minnow and Tadpole groups.. He is pursuing a degree in education.

Elizabeth Radke
Piranhas / Barracudas / Sharks - Assistant
Elizabeth grew up at the pool on a competitive swim team and then later competitive sprignboard and platform diving. Her first job was swim lessons and has been teaching ever since! She has taught swimming and diving to both children and adults with the 10 and under age groug being her favorite. She is in her 16th year of teaching with the last five in Arlington ISD. She has taught a variety of ages but 1st grade is her favorite. She and her husband are veterans with both sons planning to serve upon graduation from college. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, hiking and open water swim races.
