Matt King, Texas Ford Aquatics, is headed to Paris!
Congratulations to Matt King of Texas Ford Aquatics for securing a spot on the 2024 Paris Olympic Swimming Team in the 4x100 Free Relay. We are thrilled to support Matt as he represents North Texas Swimming, Texas Ford Aquatics, and Team USA on the global stage in Paris.
Special recognition goes to the Texas Ford Aquatics coaching staff, including Coley Stickles.
In addition, congratulations are in order for North Texas alum David Johnston, who clinched the second-place spot in the Men's 1500 freestyle for the Paris Olympic Games, marking an exhilarating conclusion to nine nights of competitive swimming in Indianapolis.
Both the Men's and Women's Olympic teams will embark on training camps in North Carolina and Croatia before heading to Paris for the Olympic Games. The swimming competition in Paris is scheduled to commence on July 27th and conclude on August 4th.
