BASH Mission and Vision Statements

Mission Statement:

In addition to the YMCA core values of caring, respect, honesty, responsibility, and inclusiveness, BASH swim team is committed to providing a positive, safe, and challenging swim experience for youth of all ages and abilities.

Vision Statement:

Our purpose at BASH is to provide athletes with sound fundamentals in and out of the water that will contribute to developing individuals who will excel in the sport of swimming as well as become community driven leaders in life. We encourage team spirit and sportsmanship as part of a supportive, safe environment. Athletes will learn life skills such as self-esteem, confidence, and leadership that will be vital in building lifelong success.
