Pentathlon Meet Recap
Seahawk Families,
Over the weekend we had 87 Seahawks compete in the CAC Pentathlon. Thank you to all of our parent volunteers who helped make the meet run smoothly, all of our officials, as well as everyone who donated to concessions and hospitality. We wouldn't be able to give the swimmers an opportunity to race without your help.
Overall this meet was a great opportunity to see where we’re at with only a few weeks of training, and to try some new events. As a team we deleted 24 NT (no time) swims, and dropped 471 seconds!
Swimmers of the Meet
Isla Hardick | Isla was supportive of her teammates & is always positive. Isla applied many things the coaches have talked with her about at practices into her races. Keep up the great work, Isla!
Georgia Lackmeyer | Georgia can easily be seen on deck running around trying to cheer for her friends as loud as she possibly can. Georgia put a ton of effort into all of her races, and it showed with lifetime bests in all of her events!

Ellie Alfieri (100Bk) and Isla Muroski (200IM) tied their previous best times down to the hundredth!
