Swim A Thon | Save the Date
We are grateful that you have chosen CAC for your child’s swimming experience. CAC strives to provide an outstanding environment for your child to achieve excellence in and out of the pool. We are excited to announce that our largest fundraiser of the season, Swim-A-Thon will be
held on Sunday, January 4th at Cincinnati Country Day! Each swimmer will have a minimum fundraising requirement of $150. All donations are tax deductible.
As a non profit organization, the monthly dues that we charge our families are only part of the money required to cover all of the operational costs our team sees each year. The money raised will go towards supporting the team’s continuous financial needs, coaching education, and an Olympian experience for our swimmers. Your support of our Swim-A-Thon is greatly appreciated!
● Swimmers will complete their Swim-A-Thon lap requirement during their assigned practice block for that day.
● Fundraising will begin on Monday, November 24th. The deadline to submit all donations towards prizes will be Friday, January 2nd at 11:59pm. The online portal to raise money will be open until January 10th. Anything raised between January 2nd - January 10th will not count towards the grand prizes.
● Swim A Thon Theme: New Year - Breakthrough!
● This year’s goal is to have 100% attendance at our Swim-A-Thon on January 4th & to raise a total of $35,000.
● All fundraising will be done through TeamUnify (www.cachawks.com). This is accessed by logging into your Team Unify account and clicking on the Swim-A-Thon graphic. Each swimmer’s Swim-A-Thon page can be customized. You can distribute your link to friends, family, and social media to optimize your fundraising potential. If the $150 minimum has not been met through the Team Unify page, your family’s CAC account
will simply be charged the difference on February 1st. The Swim A Thon portal will be opened on Monday, November 17th.
● Prizes will be announced to swimmers and families the week of November 17th.
