Ohio Senior Meet Recap

Over the weekend 30 Seahawks made the trip to Bowling Green for the Ohio Senior Swimming Invite to compete amongst 670 highschoolers. Thank you parents for everything you did to make the weekend great for our swimmers! Our swimmers had 95% season best times, meaning almost every single swim was the best so far this season! Overall the coaching staff also saw a lot of improvement in terms of owning their performances and staying positive regardless of the result. 

 

Swimmers of the Meet

Brynn Zistler: Brynn had an amazing weekend. She showed determination, positivity, and enthusiasm with every race. The expectation was just to have season bests - she destroyed that and achieved 100% LTB!  

Drew Schau: Drew started the season off breaking the 1:00 barrier in his 100 Back one time at a high school dual meet last season. He then broke the 1:00 barrier again at Pentathlon. He not only broke the 1:00 barrier for the second time this season, he destroyed it with a time of 55.49! Drew also helps keep the mood fun and energy up at each session!
