Findlay YMCA Frogs Practice Groups

Swimmers are assigned to practice groups based on ability, maturity, focus, and level of commitment to provide the best opportunity for personal and athletic growth.  At the beginning of the session, swimmers will undergo an assessment to determine their appropriate training group, which best supports their individual growth and the team's needs, ensuring optimal coaching quality and maintaining safety standards during practices. Due to the extended duration of the winter session, group assignments may be reviewed in early November. Otherwise, practice groups will remain unchanged and will be determined by the coaching staff.
