Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment.

    About Life Time Swim Ohio:

    Life Time Swim Ohio is a USA sanctioned swim team consisting of swimmers from Life Time Easton, Life Time Deerfeild, Life Time Dublin, and Life Time Beachwood. As a club swim team we are able to welcome swimmers ages 6 to 18 to train and compete as part of the Life Time Swim family.
