Coach Phil has been a part of the Napoleon Aquatic Club since he was 7 years old. He graduated from Napoleon High School where he participated in Water Polo and Swimming. Phil then went on to Bowling Green State University where he graduated with a degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. Currently he works for the Henry County Board of Develomental Disabilities as an SSA. Phil has 2 Step-Daughters Tatum and Quinn along with his son Nolan.
