The OSDC High School Program is for divers in 8th grade and above, with one session offered for 12 weeks during the high school season.  This program is intended to prepare divers for high school tryouts and competition.  The High School Program provides divers the opportunity to master skills that may not be offered through their high school practices due to lack of time or facility constraints.

We have 60 minute dryland classes offered on Monday and Thursday evenings. This is a great opportunity for our high school divers to practice in our facility that consists of trampolines, diving boards into large mats and spotting harnesses over all of the equipment. This allows our divers to learn new skills in a more controlled and safe environment. This is HIGHLY recommended for all of our divers to participate in. As well, if teams would like to reserve a time exclusive for their team, please contact Coach Jen or Megan in Billing.

The majority of High School classes will be on the 1 meter board, but we may utilize additional equipment intended to benefit progressions. Divers in the High School Program may register for classes 1-4 days per week, and are encouraged to sign up for the Sunday clinic option.  Dryland classes will run 60 minutes in length (but encouraged to come early to stretch and be ready!) and water classes run 90 minutes in length.

Divers wishing to start prior to the 12 week session, please sign in to Advanced Lessons or contact us regarding College Pre-Team.
