Summer 2025
Practice Cancelation Policy
Cancelations are usually tied to the local school district. Any day that the Berea City Schools are closed due to inclement weather, there are *NO* SWIM-LE swim practices at the Berea or Middleburg Hts. pools. Strongsville and Brunswick are not always tied to the school closings but practices might be amended due to closings. We will make every effort to send a reminder email ASAP.
There are also situations that may warrant cancelling practice on short notice due to a pool closure. We will do our best to notify via email and the NEWS section of the website of these events. Please make sure your email accounts are current.
SwimUnited Programs:
Full Year
Registration Period: August
Duration: The Full Year program is for the most committed swimmer. The full year follows our entire Indoor Season (SC) and then flows right into the Outdoor Season (LC).
Indoor Season – Short Course
Registration Period: August
Duration: The Indoor Season (SC) starts practicing in early September and lasts until late-May. The Championship season begins the end of February.
Spring Season
Registration Period: Mid-March
Duration: The Spring Season is for swimmers that did not sign up in August. They are looking to join the club after Champs or get in shape for the coming summer months. The Spring Season swimmers will join our Indoor Season for April & May.
Summer Season – Long Course
Registration Period: May
Duration: Summer Season starts practicing the last week of May and lasts until Mid-August. We have several pools (Long Course Meters, Short Course Meters, Short Course Yards) where we hold practices.
