2) Thursday July 24th - - NO HIGH POINT morning practice due to scheduled Metro Lifeguard training
Westwood 7/24 practice...swimmers may swim 6:00 to 7:15am or 7:15 to 8:30am
3) Medina Rec will be closed for Construction the week of July 28th-August 1st, no practices at Medina that week, see updated calendar for other options
4) Elite group swimmers may attend NO MORE than 6 practices per week
