Hey I'm AB, Originally from Mexico, a truly enthusiastic guy that loves competition through sports. I have a bachelor in Physical Education and I've got the chance to grow in many sports and multi-sports specially related to P.E, I always thought that the water makes me happier so swimming is my favorite sport and the one that has stuck with me through the years. 
I had a great experience training many teams around Latino America and England and I will keep pursuing on helping others to grow and fall in love with physical health.
