DOLPHIN STROKE DEVELOPMENT

Dolphin is a group solely dedicated to stroke development.

This is a small group training with a ratio of 5 swimmers to 1 instructor.

The format of dolphin stroke development is intentionally designed like a swim lesson.

An instructor will be in the water working with swimmers to lay the foundation of both breaststroke and butterfly and support swimmers in developing these essential skills.

Entry Level Requirements for Dolphin Stroke Development are proficient freestyle and backstroke with the intention of learning the two remaining competitive strokes with their group.

PRACTICE: Dolphin meets for 30 minutes twice a week on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Dolphin I Ages 7 & Under from 5:30-6:00pm

Dolphin II Ages 8-12 from 6:00-6:30pm

As we continue to tweak and adjust our program year to year the need for this program will vary.

There are currently two time frames available because of the high need for this group at this time.

MONTHLY COST:

$72.00/Month for YMCA Members
