What Is the Splash-and-Dash?

The Splash-and-Dash is our YOSI-specific version of a Swim-a-Thon. Swimmers will have a two-hour window to complete as many laps as possible, with family members or teammates available to help count laps. Swimmers can take breaks and exit the water as many times as they like during the two-hour window.

It’s a great opportunity for swimmers to demonstrate their effort and progress while involving friends and family in supporting their goals.
