Parkway Swim Club Registration Information 2023-2024 It’s that time of year! Registration for the 23-24 Parkway Swim Club Short Course season is open for returning families. (Please note, you must be up to date on Tuition and Booster fees in order to register for the upcoming season.) We are moving to TEAMUNIFY! The registration process remains similar. You will pay all Booster fees through the TeamUnify site and all Tuition fees through the Parkway School District. During the registration process you will only be charged for your Family Membership Fee and any T-shirts you purchase. You will be charged ONE Booster Family Membership Fee per family based on your top most swimmer. ( NOTED AS “LOCATION” DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.) Booster Family Membership Fees: $200 Red, White, Blue, Junior Varsity $250 AGS $225 Varsity $275 National Prep $300 National PLEASE REMEMBER TO VISIT ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION DETAILED UNDER THE “PARKWAY SWIM CLUB” TAB ON OUR WEBSITE! HOW TO REGISTER: You will currently find us at https://www.gomotionapp.com/team/parkwaysc/page/home (NOTE: Once the 22/23 season is completed, we will move back to Pkwy.org.) 1. Choose the REGISTRATION Tab 2. Click on the Group/s you are registering for and add to cart 3. Click the “Checkout” button 4. Sign In or Create a New Account 5. Click the “Assign Member” box 6. “Add new member” by filling out information. Please note : Billing ID - please add your Pkwy district ID or your SWIMID if you are a non district student. Also note if your athlete is also swimming on a high school team. If you do not know your Billing ID let me know and I will help. 7. Once info is filled out, click “Add Member” 8. For each member you will choose your Payment Options and your group location, which bills your Booster Family Membership Fee. LOCATION: PLEASE CLICK “1ST MEMBER” FOR YOU TOPMOST SWIMMER. CLICK “ADDITIONAL MEMBER” FOR ALL MEMBERS IN GROUPS BELOW YOUR TOP SWIMMER. You will only pay ONE PER FAMILY! 9. Do you need replacement T-shirts? (We are using the same as last year.) New members are required to purchase all THREE T-shirts (RED, NAVY, GRAY) as part of the Parkway uniform. 10. Click “Next” 11. Agreements- Click on them to read and then check the box to agree 12. USA Swimming Membership- you can register now or later 13. Enter payment method and complete Booster Payment! * REQUIRED! * Your Booster Family Membership Fee and T-Shirt purchases will be charged upon registration. Once your registration is approved you will receive an email with login information.
