New Registration Procedures:

1. Schedule a tryout with our coaching team. Please click HERE. Make sure you pick up the date. We will email you when the tryout date is approaching.

3. After passing the tryout, you will receive the registration package from CDST Memberships.
4. Fill out the registration form and return it with 1st and last payment plus the annual registration fee
5. Please ensure that you read the team policies that will be included in your team registration packet: Team Handbook
