2023 CDST Fall Newsletter

Fall Greetings, to all CDST Swimmers and Families!  We are well underway with the new 2023-2024 CDST Swim Season, and would like to welcome back all returning swimmers, and welcome all new swimmers to the California Dolphin Swim Team.  We have grown significantly in all groups, so thank you all for your continued dedication and support. CDST attended two Swim Meets in September, and for many this was their first time competing since the end of last Season, or was their first competitive meet as a California Dolphin.  It’s been exciting for our Team to see where we can improve, & see the new talents of CDST Swimmers.  We have been doing long-course training Fridays & Saturdays, which has trully helped swimmers get back into swim shape fairly quickly.  Details like race strategy, and technique were also highlighted in the past couple of months at practice.  Good Job Swimmers, keep it up!

We have finalized this Season’s Group Parents, who can help to relay Parent questions to Coaches, assist new member questions, assist with group orders & distributions, help send group notifications, help with team events, contact unpaid families, etc.  Please look for an email from them soon.  Below are the 2023-2024 CDST Group Parent Leaders:

CDST is looking forward to celebrating the 2022-2023 CDST Swim Season, at the 13th Annual Swim Banquet in November.  We will be acknowledging and awarding swimmer’s individual and team accomplishments, as well as welcoming new swimmers to the Team.  To conclude, keep up all the hard work and it will surely pay off.  Team work makes the dream work!
