Oakland Undercurrent meet on May 2 & 3
46 swimmers participated in Oakland Undercurrent swim meet on May 2 & 3 in raining weekend. Following are some of the highlights:
Trista Ma won first place and received her Far Western time in 200 breaststroke (2:46.44)
Kevin Cui received his new Far Western times in 50 free (29.44), 100 breaststroke (1:26.88), 100 free (1:04.08)

Madellyn Joly, age 8, won First place in 100 freestyle (1:22.07), 100 Freestyle (1:34.13), 2
nd place in 50 free (38.61), 50 back (49.52), 25 breaststroke (22.08)
Diana Brightwell, age 12, received her new JO time in 50 freestyle (28.71), 200 breaststroke (2:52.40), 2
nd place in 400 IM with JO time (5:27.21)
Trista Ma, age 12, received 2nd place in 50 freestyle with JO time (30.97).
Kevin Cui, age 9, received 1st place in 100 free (1:04.08), 2nd place in 100 breaststroke, 2nd in 50 fly JO time (34.47), 3rd in 200 IM (Far Western 2:39.87)
Jordan Vega, age 11, won 3rd in 50 free (27.46), 2nd in 200 free (2:10.58), 2nd in 100 back (1:06.91)
Misha Galant, age 11, won 3rd in 200 breaststroke with JO time (2:55.03)
Eric Lee, age 12, received his JO time in 200 breaststroke (2:45.90),
Steven Lau, age 11, received his JO in 50 butterfly, JO time in 400 IM (5:29.80)
Michael Sui, age 13, best time in 50 freestyle (26.29). He is still the fastest swimmer on CDST team so far.
