2011 Winter High School Preseason Program
November 29, 2011 – February 9, 2012
CDST2011 Winter High School Preseason Training Program provides an opportunity for high school swimmers and water polo players who want to maintain their in water physical fitnesstraining during the off season. Working with our top level coaches, those swimmers will improve their stroke techniqueto a higher level, preparing them to be successfulin next season.
