2024 PC Spring Age Group Championship

Hello parents and swimmers,

    On March 15, the 2024 spring Age Group Championships, hosted by SBA, were a great success for our team. The California Dolphins Swim Team had 15 swimmers and a total of 108 events. Over the course of three days, our team acquired 10 AAAA times, 34 AAA times, 30 AA times, 16 A times, 15 BB times and 3 B times. 

    The California Dolphin Swim Team had 8 gold, 12 silver, and 4 bronze, and we scored 309 with 663.1 points. Great job, everyone, and I recommend, jumping onto Swim Cloud to check out our placements.

    As a team, we did a great job, setting up canopies and taking them down, making sure that we had adequate rest, food and hydration. Great job everyone for completing the warm-up and warm downs. This weekend was filled with emotion, passion, and drive, but most of all the desire to overcome and achieve. Keep up the positive momentum continue to strive for your goals and remember that the work that you put in today will undoubtedly be the building blocks of your success tomorrow. 

    I would like to give a shout-out to every swimmer that participated because you are the reason CDST continues to improve and set new standards. Thank you to the relay swimmers for coming out and participating. We encourage swimmers to attend swim meets to increase the chances of obtaining qualifying times. This will allow for more relay opportunities in the future. Last, thank you parents for the continued support of our team and your children’s goals.
