The Carson Tigersharks is a non-profit 501C.3 organization run by a enthusiastic group of 100% volunteer board. In alignment with the teams established bylaws, the Tigersharks Board of Directors is strictly made up of current swim parents, Masters program swimmers, and the current Head Coach. All members are elected to a 2 year term with the fiscal year end in September.
