Welcome to our Learn To Swim Program!! Lessons run year long, with multiple times offered for each level!
Lessons are charged monthly and payments need to be in by the first lesson of the month

All Classes are $135 - 4 sessions per month (Saturdays)
Level 1
1:1 Instructor to Student Ratio
15 minutes
Working on:
- Being Comfortable in the pool
- Putting face in the water
- Front and Back Float
- Jump in and climb out
- May start to work on kicking with a board
Level 2
1:3 Instructor to Student Ratio
30 minutes
- Flutter Kick with board – pointed toes and straight legs
- Basic freestyle arm movements
- Side breathing
- Swim 12 yards of freestyle
Level 3
1:4 Instructor to Student Ratio
45 minutes
- 10-15 minutes refining freestyle
- Kicking on back in streamline
- Learning backstroke
- Swim backstroke for 12 yards
Level 4
1:4 Instructor to Student Ratio
45 minutes
- 15-20 minutes refining backstroke and freestyle working toward full laps
- Breaststroke Kick
- Breaststroke arms
- Swim breaststroke for 12 yards
Level 5
1:4 Instructor to Student Ratio
45 minutes
- Full Lap of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke
- Dolphin Kick with board
- Dolphin Kick without board on stomach with arms by hips with breathing
- Butterfly arm motions
Level 6
1:6 Instructor to Student Ratio
50 minutes
- Flip Turns
- Open Turns
- Full laps of all strokes
- Introduction to 50s
- Reading the clock
- Circle swimming
- Leaving 5 seconds apart
- Introduction to swim sets
- Treading water
