Hello Dear Swimmers and Families,

I hope this message finds you well. It’s that exciting time of year again—registration for the 2025–2026 swim season is now open! Below you’ll find all the important details and steps to help ensure a smooth registration process.

🔹 Team Uniforms

Once you’ve completed registration, each swimmer will receive a new team uniform for training. To select the correct size, please refer to our sizing chart:

To complete your swimmer’s registration based on their training level, please follow the instructions provided here:

🔹 Payment Information

Total Payment = $180 Team Registration Fee + Training Fee
For example, if your swimmer trains 1 hour per week for the season, the total cost will be:
$180 + $1,390 = $1,570

Payment Methods:

✅ Online Transfer (Zelle):

  • Email: [email protected]

  • Name: BLUE DOLPHIN SWIM SCHOOL LLC

  • Please include your child’s full name, training level, and weekly training hours in the transfer note.

  • After making the transfer, send a private message to confirm.

✅ Check or Cash:

  • Make checks payable to BDST

  • Place payment in an envelope labeled with:

    • Your child’s full name

    • Training level

    • Hours per week

  • Deliver the envelope to Coach Berlin Cui during practice in Issaquah.

🔹 USA Swimming Registration (New Swimmers Only)

New team members must register for a USA Swimming ID online. Please follow the step-by-step guide available here:

Membership Options:

  • Flex Membership: $30/year (recommended for Level 1 and above)

  • Premium Membership: $86/year (required for competition swimmers)
