Coaches and Directors
Fang was the senior national swimming coach of China. As a talented swimming athlete in 70's China national team, he won the 100 Meter Freestyle Bronze Medal for three continuous years (1973-1975) and Gold Medal in the National Competition of 1976. In 1978, he represented China National Team to attend the Eighth Asian Games and won the 4*100 Freestyle Relay Silver Medal.
He retired from National team and entered Harbin City Athletic College for a bachelor’s degree of sports studies major in 1980. With his first-rate swimming results and outstanding personal experience, he joined the Harbi Swimming team as a coach in 1984. Later, because of his unique teaching methods and splendidly teaching achievements, he was invited to Dongguan City Swimming Sports Administration Center (A National Swimming Town of China) as the head coach in 1992.
During the past 28 years of coaching career, he fostered numerous elite athletes, including:
- LiCong Pan - 100M Freestyle Gold Medal, National Swimming Championships in Jiangmeng, China (1991)
- WeiKang Chen - l00M Butterfly& 200M Individual Medley Gold Medal, World New Swimming Talent Selection Meet in Frankfurt, Germany (2000)
- Runliang Liu - 4x100M Medley Relay Gold Medal, The 3ND AASF Age Group Championships in China (2003); 4x100 M Freestyle Relay Gold Medal, National Swimming Championships in Foshan, China (2007); 200M Freestyle & 4xl00M Individual Medley Gold Medal, Second Indoor Asia Games in Macau, China (2007); 4x100M Freestyle Relay Gold Medal, Olympic Games Selection Meet in Shaoxing, China (2008)
- ZhiJun Hu - 100M Breaststroke& 200M Breaststroke Gold Medal, National Swimming Championships in Suzhou, China (2004) and in Changha, China (2006)
In 2010, Fang Cui immigrated to USA as an outstanding talent (EB-1A) immigrant. With his 9 years of national athlete experience and 28 years of coaching career, he looks forward to contributing in US swimming talent development and training more competitive athletes for America Swimming Association.

Berlin Cui was born into a swim family. He started to swim at the age of 5. At age 12,he participated in many provincial and national swim competitions, and won many medals. He reached China's National Level 1 rank for swimmers. He graduated from the Sports Department of the School of Physical Education of the South China Normal University in 2010. Since graduation, he had served in the Department of Physical Education of Dongguan University of Technology in Guandong as the Swim Team Coach and he also taught professional swim courses. During the past 8 years of coaching career, he fostered many excellent athletes, participated the National University Competitions and won many Gold Medal, Silver Medal and Bronze Medals.Today, he has used his many years of experience to create a unique set of swimming training methods and courses. His goal is to train many American competitive swimmers.
