OUR FOCUS YMCA Focus Statement: The Y is a cause-driven organization focused on three key areas: youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We believe a strong community can only be achieved when we invest in our children, our health, and our neighbors.

BYST's Focus Statement: To be recognized by YMCA Swimming and USA Swimming as a team that embraces and celebrates everyone's life successes through good sportsmanship.

YMCA Mission Statement: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all, our impact is felt when an individual makes a healthy choice, when a mentor inspires a child and when a community comes together for the common good.

BYST's Mission Statement: To develop positive, caring citizens and empower them to reach new levels of performance.
