PDST 2025 November News: Monthly Schedule, Private Lessons, swim meet, AGI Meet volunteers

Dear PDST members,

Below is the updated news for November 2025.

Monthly Schedule

Due to the Highschool Meet at MW, there will be some adjustments in November, sorry for the changes and inconvenience.

Dev Group: there will be a make up training at Hazen 10/30, which is for the cancallation of 9/27;

Nov Group: there will be a make up training at Hazen 10/28, which is for the cancallation of 9/27;

HSG1 and HSG2: please follow the make up training schedule in weekdays in October and November. No any make-ups on 10/25 and 11/2;

Senior/National Group: Thursday training time will adjust to: 7:15-9:15pm, please take a note.

Private lesson

Dryland schedule & instruction

Please note that the 4:00-5:00 p.m. dryland is an online dryland. The PDST deck coach will be the supervisor and instructor during the training. Please check the link below for all the training videos and schedule information.

Swim Meet

Q meet and AGI meet in November:

Parents should take the responsibility to check the time requirement, or their swimmers may be removed from the meet without any meet fee refund. All swim meets PDST attends are US SWIM-sanctioned meets with strict rules and organized procedure. Please read the meet announcement every time before you enter the meet.

PNS Time standard

The latest PNS Champ time standard (14&U and Senior CHamp) has been posted on the PNS website. You can check it out through the PDST website, MEET INFO-TIME STANDARD@PNS, or on the PNS website.

AGI Meet volunteer

The volunteer jobs for AGI meet will post this week. Parents please check the email box and sign up the jobs which you need.
